The Surveyor will research the property through a variety of sources, including the local County Clerk's office, to gather information affecting the property. After review of these documents, a field crew will perform the field survey. These trained professionals will locate physical evidence that may affect the property. The Licensed Surveyor will then make the determination of the property line based on research and field evidence. A map or plat will then be drafted for the parcel.
A casual inspection of property does not determine its boundaries. Buildings, fences, or other improvements do not always coincide with the legal bounds of the property. In some cases these structures may be encroaching or overlapping onto your investment. An accurate survey will identify encroachments and facilitate resolution in advance of the project.
In general, all projects start with property research at the county center where the chain of title is determined. Your needs may include the following: determining easements, right of ways, covenants and restrictions, zoning, and land use ordinances. It is important to note that the zoning ordinances vary from Township to Township, therefore, it is cost effective to hire a professional that is familiar with the regulations of each Township. Rinaldi Land Surveying LLC will facilitate our services to best meet your requirements for a successful project completion.
We always look forward to the day our field work begins.......
